Mr. Chila is an Asset Management Analyst at MCA Realty where he is responsible for financial reporting, managing cash flow, and maximizing NOI. Prior to joining MCA, he was an intern at Capitale LLC where he was tasked with management roles across their Southern California portfolio. Mr. Chila graduated from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business in 2022 and holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license. Mr. Chila lives in Newport Beach and enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
