Mr. Neglia is an Acquisitions Associate at MCA Realty, supporting all aspects of the firm’s acquisitions. In this role, Mr. Neglia assists with sourcing investment properties, evaluating market trends, conducting financial underwriting, performing asset due diligence, and supporting the closing process.
Mr. Neglia began his career in the summer of 2024 as an intern in for Highlands Vista Group in Denver, contributing to the acquisitions and asset management team, before joining MCA Realty.
Mr. Neglia holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology with an emphasis in Business Management from Boston College. Based in Newport Beach, Mr. Neglia enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, playing soccer and guitar, and cheering on the Denver Broncos and Chelsea Football Club in his free time.
