Michael Mullahey serves as a Vice President at MCA Realty, where he oversees acquisitions of industrial real estate throughout the Western United States. His responsibilities include sourcing investment properties, cultivating relationships within the brokerage community, analyzing market trends, conducting financing underwriting, performing asset due diligence, and managing the closing process.
Mr. Mullahey began his real estate career in 2019 with Hines before advancing to Vice President at Brookhollow. At Brookhollow, he focused on a cold storage platform and successfully deployed over $100 million in capital over a two-year period.
Mr. Mullahey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Southern California. Currently residing in Newport Beach, Mr. Mullahey enjoys beach volleyball, surfing, and spending quality time with friends and family.
