Mr. Neiger is an Acquisitions Associate at MCA Realty and is responsible for procuring investments and deploying capital in Industrial Real Estate across the Western United States. In this role Mr. Neiger is responsible for sourcing investment properties, fostering old and building new broker/investor relationships, evaluating market trends, financial underwriting, asset due-diligence, and closing. Mr. Neiger started his career in 2020, working as an intern at MCA Realty before being taken on full time as an Acquisitions Analyst. Mr. Neiger served as an Acquisitions Analyst for a little less than two years before taking on his current role as an Acquisitions Associate.
Mr. Neiger graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. Mr. Neiger resides in Newport Beach and enjoys golfing, surfing, and spending time with family and friends.
