Mr. Levy is a Director at MCA Realty and is responsible for the acquisition of new investments across the Western United States. In this role Mr. Levy is responsible for sourcing investment properties, building relationships with the brokerage community, evaluating market trends, financial underwriting, asset due-diligence, and closing. Mr. Levy started his real estate career in 2016, working as a financial analyst for a mixed-use developer in the Bay Area. He joined MCA Realty, Inc. in 2018 as an acquisitions associate. Mr. Levy earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, (FL) majoring in economics and history, and lives in Carlsbad with his girlfriend and their two dogs.
